What is members only?
Members Only is Terzia S exclusive rewards programme. When you create an account with us, you'll start earning points when you make a purchase and complete other activities. The more points you collect, the higher your tier and the more benefits you'll unlock.
How do I view my points balance?
Your points balance and current tier is shown at the top of your account page when you are logged in.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to be approved. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account, and they will change from ‘pending’ to ‘cancelled’ if a purchase is cancelled.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There’s no limit to how many points you can earn with us but please make sure to spend these points as they will expire after 1 year.
I've redeemed my points but forgotten my code.
Simply head to your account section and under 'your voucher codes', you'll be able to click on your last redemption and view your code.
Why has my account balance gone down?
This could be because your order has been cancelled or returned by either you or a friend you’ve referred.
